PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要责任
1.Responsible for adhering to target set for beans throughput in allocated sections and Wet Rework processed quantity.
2.Ensure sufficient quantity of additive salts available for Production run in Alkalising & Roasting section.
3.Monitor and ensure compliance with Product Specifications of in process materials during Production run.
4.Supervise, appraise and motivate subordinate staff with proper deployment of manpower resources.
5.Ensure proper General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards are enforced in Production Areas.
