雇用合同

Employment Contract

 

1.         Job Title: Driver cum General Worker

            工作职位送货司机兼杂工

2.         Employment Contract Period: 2 years to be extended on mutual consent.

            合同期限:2年。合同只会在雇主与雇员双方同意下才会延长。

 

3.         Worksite: The employee is not allowed to choose the workplace, the Employee is         to work in the assigned workplace.

            工作地点:雇员应该在雇主规定的工作地点工作,不可选择工作地点。

 

4.         Wages: S$1000 per month. The employee shall not demand for increment in      wage, any increment will be based on performance. During New Year, July and     August, working hour will be longer than normal working day, company will not       provide overtime pay, but allowance will be given. The allowance will be given   based on working performance.

薪水:每月$1000新币。雇员不得也无权要求公司加薪水。每年过年 七月和八月 ,工作量将提高,工作时间也会较长 公司不提供加班费,将另行津贴.该津贴视工作表现而定.

 

5.         Working Hour: The employee is required to work from 8.30am to 8.30pm,12   hours per day. Working day from Monday to Saturday.

工作时间:雇员每天工作时间上八点半至晚上八   每天工作12小时,星期一至星期六.

 

6.         Off-Day: Every week off 1 day. Off day is Sunday.

            休息日:周休息一日 。休息日为星期日

 

7.         Accommodation: Company not provides accommodation. Company will provide           S$150 hostel allowance.

            住宿:公司提供宿舍。公司将提供S$150-S$180的住宿津贴

 

8.         Meals: Company will not provide meals.

            餐:公司提供下午用( )

 

9.         Medicals: Company will bear medical costs according to the requirement by the             Labour & Workmen Law of the Republic of Singapore and according to       Company’s staff medical benefits.

            医疗:公司将会根据新加坡劳工法与公司保险公司的医疗保险,按照医        生的报告来处理。

 

 

 

 

10.       Restrictions:

            (约束)

 

            A) The Employee shall not be allowed to work part-time in another company.

            雇员不可在其他公司做兼职工作。

 

 

            B) The Employee Shall not be allowed to co-habitat with, marry or apply to marry         to a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, Malaysian or any Citizen           living in Singapore.

            雇员不可同居,结婚以及申请于新加坡居民,新加坡永久居民,马来西亚人            以及任何居住在新加坡公民结婚

 

 

C) During the said 2 years and the original work permit card will be kept by the employee. In the event when the employee lost his/her work permit card, the company will fine the employee S$300 for the replacement fee for work permit card.

在两年合同期工作准证将由雇员保管,雇员不小心丢失准证卡,雇主将向雇员收取S$300做为替代新的准证卡费用.

 

           

11.       Termination: The employer reserves the right to terminate this agreement without            notice and without any liability on the party of the Employer in any of the           following events that the employee:

            终结:雇员在以下条件将会被解除与雇主的合同。

           

            A) If his/her work permit is not granted or is cancelled by the Republic of          Singapore.

            工作准证被新加坡政府扣留或被新加坡政府遣送归国者。

 

            B) Fails to arrive in the Republic of Singapore immediately on the date by the     Employer to carry out commencement of the agreement.

在规定的日期没有按照雇主要求按时到达新加坡者,雇主有权解除与其合同

 

            C) Is certified by the company’s doctor, to be unfit for employment

            被医生证明不适合在公司工作。

 

 

            D) Breach any of the rules and regulation regarding disciplinary and work          stipulated by the company or is convicted under the laws of the republic of        Singapore.

            犯错,严重失职以及违反公司的规章制度以及违反新加坡法律。

 

           

           

E) Fails to return to the Republic of Singapore By the stipulated leave period granted by the Employer, and further failed to resume work after seven (7) days of absence.

            没有按照合约规定,超过7天回国者。

 

            F) During employment period, work or attempts to work for anyone else other than the Employer or engages in any business transaction for himself or anyone          other than the Employer.

            在雇佣期间,在另外公司从事其他工作以及做任何与受雇公司的本职工作无            关的工作。

员工工作规章制度

 

1。要在工作以前提早15分钟到达本公司。

2。不准无事请假,旷工,比如一点伤风感冒就请假

3。不准破坏公物,浪费公司物品。

4。要有礼貌不可以说谎。不可以贩卖公司资产与物品   

5。在工作时间不可以拿手机或去打电话听电话。

6。在公司做工,不准要求提早解约。如果提前解约,雇员必须要赔尝公司的损失.

7雇员不可以选择做工地点,公司不提供住宿

8。雇佣期间如果员工不守规矩,不听指示,公司就退回员工,一律不赔偿。

9。不可吸烟

以上事宜如有发生遣送回国与新加坡中介及雇主无关,一切后果自行负责。
